Heyn brings more than two decades of commercial interiors experience and a reputation for stepping into complex challenges and turning them into workable solutions. Her expertise spans business process improvement, organizational leadership, technology implementation, interior construction, and large-scale operational change.

Most recently, Heyn served as Vice President of Business Operations, for a large west coast commercial interiors distributor where she led operations and design teams, helped develop a new interior construction division, and guided a four-year enterprise resource planning transformation that touched nearly every area of the business.
Heyn also brings established consulting experience. As a founder of a certified woman-owned consultancy, she advised dealers and installation companies on process improvement and software implementation. Her combined experience as an operational executive and independent consultant enables her to quickly assess complex challenges, align people and processes, and help distributor put practical solutions into action.
