Workrite Ergonomics Appoints Scott McPartlin as President

Petaluma, California — August 14, 2025 — Workrite Ergonomics, a leader in innovative ergonomic solutions, is proud to announce the appointment of Scott McPartlin as President. In this role, McPartlin will lead the company’s strategic direction and oversee all key business functions—including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources—while driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

As a third-generation industry leader with deep ties to the brand, McPartlin’s connection to Workrite dates back to 1991, when his uncle was a founding partner of the company. He began his career managing strategic sales for Fortune 1000 clients and pioneering customized ergonomic programs—laying the groundwork for a career defined by innovation, leadership, and measurable results.

Over the past 30 years, McPartlin has cemented his reputation as a transformative leader in the office furniture industry, with a proven track record of accelerating growth, streamlining operations, and delivering exceptional financial performance. His executive career includes leadership roles with other top industry brands, where he consistently expanded market share and introduced award-winning product innovations.

As President of SIS Ergo, McPartlin led and executed a highly successful business turnaround—expanding the dealer channel by 300%, earning multiple Best of NeoCon awards, and significantly boosting EBITDA margins. Most recently, as Vice President of Sales at HAT Collective, he drove multi-channel revenue growth, redefined marketing strategy, and spearheaded ambitious digital branding initiatives.

Scott’s deep industry expertise, strategic vision, and personal connection to the Workrite brand uniquely position him to lead the company into its next phase of growth and innovation,” said Brian Nadel, CEO of Workrite Ergonomics and its parent company, Knape & Vogt Manufacturing. “His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our market position and advancing our commitment to delivering industry-leading ergonomic solutions.
