James brings over two decades of experience in the commercial furniture and interior construction industry, with a diverse background spanning manufacturing, distribution, talent acquisition, and mergers & acquisitions. His national perspective and proven success in building high-performance sales organizations make him a tremendous asset as we continue to grow our regional presence.

James launched his career in commercial interiors after being recruited out of Texas A&M University by Shaw Contract Flooring. He went on to spend nearly eight years on the furniture dealer side, gaining hands-on experience in client relations, operations, and business development. Most recently, he served as a partner in an executive search and M&A consulting firm specializing in the commercial furniture and interior construction sectors, further broadening his strategic insight and industry network.
