MRL Star Role & Responsibilities
As an MRL Star, you will serve as a key contact between your organization and the MRL Customer Support Team. This vital role includes:
Receiving platform, library, and Project Tool updates.
Staying informed of best practices and sharing them with your team.
Scheduling and coordinating periodic refresher training sessions.
Managing quarterly account reminder communications with MRL.
