KI Inspiration Center Debuted at Design Days Showcases the Power of Partnership

Cross-industry collaboration helped create an immersive environment that introduced visitors to the future of human-centered design

GREEN BAY (June 26, 2026) – The new KI Inspiration Center made a strong first impression and successful public debut during Fulton Market Design Days, welcoming more than 6,000 visitors and serving as the backdrop for the introduction of Cognetic Technology™ and the Kiaura Collection™, designed and invented by Aaron DeJule.

Located on the eighth floor at 1045 West Fulton Street in Chicago, the permanent Inspiration Center reflects KI’s belief that meaningful environments are created through collaboration. Developed alongside a diverse group of industry partners, the space brings together expertise in design, architecture, materials, technology, and craftsmanship to create an immersive destination that will continue serving designers, architects, dealers, and customers long after Design Days.

From June 7-10, visitors to the KI Inspiration Center explored interactive experiences, including The Art of Flow installation, which transformed seated micro-movements into generative artwork and demonstrated the principles behind KI’s newly introduced Cognetic Technology. Nearly 1,000 participants engaged with the installation, offering an early glimpse into how movement can positively influence focus, wellness, and performance.

“The excitement and engagement we saw throughout Design Days exceeded our expectations,” said Tony Besasie, chief sales and marketing officer at KI. “We’re grateful to everyone who visited the KI Inspiration Center to experience our latest innovations. Seeing thousands of visitors engage with the space reflected our commitment to creating environments that put people at the center of design.”

The KI Inspiration Center was intentionally designed as a fully integrated environment where visitors can experience solutions for acoustics, power access, flooring, architectural glass, wall systems, material finishes, and furniture applications working together. The space showcases the contributions of numerous design and manufacturing partners, including:

  • Baresque – With Zintra Mesh baffles, Zintra Ceiling Shapes, and Zintra Tiles Wall cladding, these ceiling/louvers for KI Wall enhance acoustic performance and visual continuity.
  • Byrne – BlueprintTM, ButtonTM, and VectorTM power solutions support seamless connectivity and flexible access to power throughout the space while complementing the overall aesthetic.
  • Circdal – 3D-printed sustainable partitions add dimensionality and unique visual texture to the environment.
  • Momentum – Arpian Organic and Rarosha wallcoverings bring layered texture, warmth, and visual movement while integrating with the surrounding material palette.
  • Purposeful Design – A custom wood reception desk and conference room table as well as select tops incorporate the craftsmanship from this Christian ministry that helps rebuild the lives of individuals who have struggled with addiction, homelessness, incarceration, and other obstacles.
  • Shaw Contract – Flooring solutions from the Curate Collection, Gustav Tile, and Stella Tile add durability and texture throughout the space while supporting a cohesive and welcoming effect.
  • Skyline Glass – Through a partnership between Skyline and Pallas Textiles, patterns are translated into architectural glass. Fully integrated into KI Wall demountable systems, they offer the option to pair elegant textiles with effortlessly suited glass walls.
  • Wilsonart – PB Series plain sliced book match woodgrain laminates bring natural warmth, refined texture, and a sophisticated material aesthetic.
  • Zahner –Interior paneling highlights crafted architectural metalwork with a sophisticated patina.

“The response we received during Design Days reinforced what can happen when organizations with different areas of expertise come together around a shared vision,” said Besasie. “From architectural materials and power integration to custom craftsmanship and experiential technology, every partner played a role in creating an environment that demonstrates the future of human-centered design. We’re grateful for their collaboration in bringing the KI Inspiration Center to life.”

The KI Inspiration Center represents more than a new showroom. It demonstrates the impact of bringing together diverse expertise to create environments that are more thoughtful, connected, and responsive to human needs. The partnerships showcased throughout the space reflect KI’s commitment to advancing human-centered design through collaboration, innovation, and integrated solutions.
