Configura Announces New Sales Leadership Structure and Appointment of Brooke Snow as Head of Sales, North America
GRAND RAPIDS, MI – December 2025 – Configura, a global leader in design and specification solutions for the Commercial Interiors, Material Handling, and Kitchen and Bath industries, today announced a new regional sales leadership structure designed to strengthen customer support and align more closely with the needs of its global markets.
As part of this new structure, Brooke Snow has been appointed Head of Sales, North America, effective December 1.
Brooke joined Configura nearly twelve years ago as the company’s first salesperson. Since then, she has helped shape the company’s presence across North America, contributing to its growth from three customers to nearly 300. Her longstanding customer and partner relationships, combined with deep industry knowledge, position her well to lead the region’s sales organization.
In her new role, Brooke will oversee North America’s sales strategy and collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams. She will also guide the selection of regional industry leaders within the Commercial Interiors and Material Handling sectors as Configura continues to expand its focus across markets.
The new structure establishes three regional Heads of Sales:
• North America: Brooke Snow
• Europe: Pierre Adolfsson
• APAC: Stefan Gustafsson
Configura will also introduce Regional Industry Leader roles to further strengthen industry alignment and customer support.
As part of this transition, Aaron Okkema will be leaving Configura to pursue new opportunities. Aaron has been a valued member of the organization and has built strong relationships with many customers and partners during his time with the company. Configura thanks Aaron for his contributions and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
