Woodlore International Inc. Officially Under New Ownership
Owner of BRC Group and Tayco, Bill Melnik Acquires OEM Manufacturer Woodlore
Effective November 14, under a Supreme Court Ordered Reverse Vesting Order, Woodlore International Inc. (Woodlore) has been acquired by Bill Melnik, also owner and CEO of BRC Group (BRC) and Tayco.
Melnik, along with his leadership team, plan to concentrate on efficiency and process improvements allowing Woodlore to increase OEM and existing Dealer business at its leading-edge production facility in Brampton, Ontario.

As Woodlore progresses under the new leadership, BRC will maintain ongoing business, with the expectation to increase year-over-year sales starting in 2024. The Team will also instill a complete brand audit to refresh Woodlore’s look and attract new customers.

Woodlore will continue to function separately from BRC and Tayco. All organizations will leverage their unique capabilities and industry knowledge to increase efficiency and strengthen partner relationships.
