Watson Furniture is Built to Reflect You at NeoCon 2026

POULSBO, WA, April 30, 2026 – Watson Furniture has something to say this NeoCon, and our refreshed showroom is designed to deliver the message. We are proud to present a showroom that puts the spotlight on the people the furniture is actually designed and built for.

The furniture you choose says something about you. It reflects your high standards. It complements the spaces you create. It puts the exclamation mark on the places you are proud to put your name on. That’s the idea behind Built to Reflect You. It’s a commitment we’ve always lived. Now it has a name.

“From designers and dealers to facility managers and 911 captains, our customers trust us with projects that represent their personal reputations,” says CK McKenzie, President. “Built to Reflect You shows the seriousness with which we treat that trust, and the belief that the best solutions come from listening and then delivering a product and experience that solves the unique challenges that each customer has.”

Our showroom artfully brings together products from across our collections, with a series of curated vignettes drawn from real-world projects. Each one reflects a specific customer, how we responded to their unique need, and the outcome it supported. Together, they show how we approach the work: designing furniture that adapts to the problem, rather than asking people to adapt to the furniture. The showroom shares what Watson makes and what Watson makes possible.

“At the end of the day, our products carry not just our name, they carry the name of the designer who specified it. We take that seriously,” says Lucas Pearl, VP of Product Development. “It keeps us honest, and it keeps the bar high.”

NeoCon 2026 also marks the introduction of Vero, Watson’s newest office system. Vero is designed for spaces where work requires focus and rigor, while also welcoming meaningful conversations. It meets the needs of clinicians, administrators, and educators managing complex, detail-driven work every day.

Generous worksurfaces create room for work to unfold, while intuitive storage keeps materials organized and within reach. Subtle, considered details like cohesive grain direction on surfaces and a slender floating edge bring warmth and refinement.

Built for customers ordering at scale, Vero delivers consistent quality, function, and thoughtful design without added complexity.

In addition to Vero, we are presenting technical furniture from our work in Public Safety and Mission Critical environments. It’s a capability that’s been part of our company for over 40 years. Emergency Communication Centers, control rooms, operations centers, utilities, transportation, security. Spaces where failure isn’t an option, and where the same craft behind every Watson product has been put to a very different kind of test.

Built to Reflect You is a clearer expression of what’s always guided how Watson shows up. From clearer, more intentional messaging to a new digital experience, including a redesigned website launching in June, the work behind this moment has been built to give customers a truer, more connected sense of who Watson is and how Watson works.

“We couldn’t be more excited to introduce Built to Reflect You,” says Alexandra Reed, Director of Marketing at Watson. “It puts words to something we’ve always believed—that the soul of Watson lives in the details, in the craft, and in the people we build for. At its core, it’s about making sure every touchpoint reflects that.”

Built to Reflect You isn’t just a tagline — it’s a belief and a commitment. Every project is personal. It reflects the care and vision of the person who designed it. See how your vision can be reflected at NeoCon 2026.
