Thinkspace, a women-owned leading distributor of European-designed furniture tailored for work, meetings, and wellness environments, is thrilled to unveil the strategic bolstering of its sales team. Amanda Brasher-Black, NCIDQ, a seasoned interior designer and advocate for the office revolution, assumes the pivotal role of National Sales Manager, while Joshua Shoulders joins as New Business Development Manager.
Amanda brings a wealth of executive leadership experience and accolades as an award-winning designer. Having thrived in sales positions at Herman Miller and Via Seating, Amanda’s innovative mindset and commitment to functional design make her the ideal fit for her new role at Thinkspace. With extensive years of industry experience in the built environment, Amanda seamlessly merged her roles of interior designer and business development strategist. Driven by her passion for innovative furniture solutions and adept problem-solving skills, she enthusiastically embraces her new role as National Sales Manager at Thinkspace.
“In what I consider the dawn of a new era—the office revolution—Thinkspace stands at the forefront of transforming workspaces,” remarked Amanda Brasher-Black, National Sales Manager at Thinkspace. “The days of generic office configurations are behind us. THIS is the product people want and are asking for. Workers are asking for private acoustic spaces for focus, areas to collaborate and to integrate products for wellness and fun. I am so excited as a designer and furniture enthusiast to champion European designed solutions improving American workspaces.”
In her capacity as National Sales Manager, Amanda will collaborate closely with our Independent Sales Representatives to drive sales and expansion across all product lines and market segments. Additionally, she will spearhead strategic initiatives, including the development of a targeted A&D Program, to further solidify Thinkspace’s market presence.
Joshua, celebrated for his dynamic interpersonal skills and adept problem-solving, joins Thinkspace as New Business Development Manager following a successful tenure as a Regional Sales Executive at Vari. His passion for enhancing American workspaces with cutting-edge European products aligns seamlessly with Thinkspace’s mission.
“Solving workspace challenges using innovative European designs is incredibly invigorating,” said Joshua Shoulders, New Business Development Manager at Thinkspace. “With the evolving landscape of remote and hybrid work environments, Thinkspace’s product suite, particularly its phone and meeting booths, offer rapid enhancements with minimal disruption. I’m eager to foster new partnerships and drive growth in this dynamic industry.”
In his role as New Business Development Manager, Joshua will lead Thinkspace’s direct customer outreach efforts, focusing on cultivating strategic relationships and expanding opportunities in the public sector.
Sid Meadows, Executive Vice President, Sales at Thinkspace, expressed his enthusiasm for the additions, stating, “Welcoming Amanda and Joshua to our team marks a significant milestone for Thinkspace. Their diverse talents and unwavering dedication perfectly complement our vision of revitalizing workspaces with innovative solutions. Together with Kevin Seelander, we’re poised to propel Thinkspace to new heights and redefine the workplace experience.”
