Spec™ Launches New Website
The website caters to potential, new, and existing customers by giving them the option of searching by Product Name, Category, and Market. In addition to the improved user experience, Spec has integrated a product visualization tool that can render their products in a 3D view, simplifying the entire specification process.
Spec is a customer-centric company, and the new fabric filtering feature was implemented based on customer feedback. Now, users can instantly find fabrics from Spec’s graded in partners by searching for patterns in various ways, including by grade, manufacturer, pattern name, and fabric type.
“Our new website not only provides a smoother user experience but is also packed full of useful tools that are geared towards making the product specification process seamless for our customers and visitors,” says Kelly Keess, Director, Sales, and Marketing at Spec. “Giving customers more ways to find our product is paramount to what Spec is all about. We listen and understand what our customer’s needs are, and in doing so, we have built a new website that encompasses our goal of supporting our customers in any way we can.”
