Mr. Robert McMurtry has been named President of Aurora Storage Products, Inc., manufacturer of high quality commercial storage and filing products used in the contract furniture market for health care, legal, governmental, financial, museum and educational applications.
Mr. McMurtry has solid corporate management experience that encompasses positions at Texas Instruments and also at Tec-Air Manufacturing where he was Vice-President and General Counsel, then promoted to President and CEO at Tec-Air as well.
Mr. McMurtry holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Northern Illinois University and graduated with Honors from the University of Texas Law School.  He practiced as a licensed patent attorney and specialized in intellectual property law as well as corporate counseling and commercial litigation in addition to his corporate management tenure.
