New NARBUTAS Showroom Has Opened Its Doors in London
Our London showroom is now even more impressive. We have recently moved from 300 sqm to 540 sqm premises on the fourth floor of a penthouse in the famous Clerkenwell neighbourhood!

NARBUTAS’ name in a special place
The new NARBUTAS showroom is located at 42 Saint John Square, in the heart of the famous Clerkenwell neighbourhood. Distinguished by its medieval architectural heritage and reminiscent of monasteries and knights, the area has become a trendy place of modern London, bustling with life and full of restaurants and shops. Clerkenwell is also a popular place among furniture manufacturers and many showrooms of the most famous brands can be found here.
This is the third space NARBUTAS has occupied in London over the last decade and, according to Mr. Bolton, is by far the most impressive, enabling the company to continue in journey within this market. “New areas of business will be focused on over the next several years, including the A&D community, and we are sure the new space will represent the company perfectly. We are really excited here for the future growth of the UK market and to welcome our clients to the amazing new showroom we now reside within.”
The United Kingdom was the largest market for NARBUTAS in terms of sales in 2023.
Using furniture to shape spaces
The new NARBUTAS showroom extends over two floors. Most of the walls are made of glass and the authenticity of the building made it necessary to preserve its original structures. Therefore, these challenges, which designers and architects face all the time in their work, allowed us to demonstrate the strengths of NARBUTAS – not only our very wide range of products, but also custom-made products.
“The showroom’s separate areas are furnished, and its spaces are divided using only our furniture and office solutions rather than dry walls. For example, the modular CHOICE lockers or the COMBUS shelving system, which is available in a variety of shapes and heights, open or closed, are the best for shaping spaces. Displayed in the showroom, SILENT ROOM acoustic pods in various sizes are also ideal for dividing spaces,” said Simonas Savickas, Narbutas International Head of Workplace Design.
Ten functional areas
The new NARBUTAS showroom is divided into functional areas – just like a real office with a life of its own. Visitors will be able to explore co-working, relaxation and meeting spaces, as well as individual and executive workplaces and a conference area. There are 10 functional areas in total.
“Agile working is becoming increasingly prevalent in today’s offices; thus, this trend is also particularly noticeable in our new showroom. Open communal areas with plenty of soft furniture dominate the showroom. Much attention is paid to mobile, multifunctional products and acoustic solutions,” said Mr. Savickas about the London showroom display.
All our partners are welcome to visit the showroom
A special place in the London showroom is the architects and designers’ area, where NARBUTAS displays its finish palettes and other samples. It is planned to make this space lively all time by using it for training and events. Good news for all our partners: the opening of the new showroom also marks the launch of the NARBUTAS Academy, which will organise various training sessions relevant to our sector.
Market favourites and new products are the main focus of the showroom. For example, it displays the highly anticipated ARQUS collection of meeting tables (designed by Folco Orlandini, Orlandini Design studio, Italy), the PARTHOS acoustic columns and meeting tables as well as the eye-catching high meeting tables ROUND Multipurpose, which offer a variety of functions and reflect the agile trends. The showroom features furniture designed by NARBUTAS’ in-house design team as well as products by independent designers from Italy, Spain, Denmark, USA, Lithuania and Germany.
Among the latest products – OFY office chairs
NARBUTAS is strengthening its position in the office chair sector, so visitors will find a display of our newest chairs. Its latest addition is the OFY collection of task, executive and visitor chairs by Alegre Design (Spain). The showroom is filled with examples of custom-made products, which is in high demand in the UK and around the world.
The latest NARBUTAS products are in line with the sustainability trend, with much soft furniture upholstered in sustainable fabrics made from recycled polyester (Austea, Cyber upholsteries) or natural wool (Synergy). Our range of hard furniture finishes includes considerable amount of natural wood veneer. In addition, the showroom displays a large number of products made from PET felt, which contains more than 50% recycled raw materials and is 100% recyclable. This year, Narbutas International has taken another step towards sustainability by obtaining the FISP certification, which is important in the UK, for our products.
