JSI Appoints Aneetha McLellan as Executive Director, JSI Health + A+D
JASPER, IN — JSI is pleased to announce the appointment of Aneetha McLellan as Executive Director, JSI Health + A+D, effective April 14, 2025. With more than two decades of experience designing award-winning healthcare environments, McLellan brings a powerful blend of strategic design leadership and market insight to JSI’s growing Healthcare and Architecture + Design (A+D) initiatives.
McLellan has shaped healing spaces across the country, leading design efforts on transformational healthcare projects through her work at HDR, Kimball, and most recently DLR Group. Her influence is visible in major hospital systems, outpatient clinics, and rehabilitation centers, where she has helped redefine the connection between design, wellness, and human experience.
“Aneetha’s leadership of JSI Health really elevates what’s possible for us in that market,” said Doug Shapiro, Vice President of Sales at JSI. “Her vision and track record speak for themselves. She’s not only helping to design and build spaces—she’s helping to deliver better healthcare outcomes.”
In this role, McLellan will lead JSI’s Healthcare strategy, collaborating closely with sales and design partners to elevate JSI’s presence in the market. She will also play a key role in shaping how the brand is positioned within the design community.

McLellan holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Her deep expertise spans conceptual planning, interior and architectural design, user group facilitation, and client engagement.
