Manufactured in Mexico, Flora, Velia and Celio combine Italian design sensibility with Gebesa craftsmanship for North American projects. The collection makes comfort and thoughtful design part of everyday work, offering architects, designers and dealers a versatile range of seating. Each family has its own visual character: Flora’s clean, architectural silhouette, Velia’s distinctive Y-frame and Celio’s timeless elegance.
The most stylish chair in the collection, Flora brings versatile elegance to the workplace. Its clean, visually refined silhouette pairs an architectural presence with everyday task-seating performance and enhances an interior without adding visual clutter. Mesh or upholstered backs, adjustable lumbar support, an optional headrest and a choice of Vibe or Lynx mechanisms support a range of workplace settings.
Velia brings the catalog’s Renaissance-inspired design story into the workplace: everyday objects deserve the same care as the things we admire. Its distinctive Y-frame and open backrest create a recognizable identity, with curves that balance visual expression and engineering precision. Designed to fit naturally into different interiors, Velia is equally considered in how it looks and how it supports the user. Adjustable lumbar support and Vibe or Lynx mechanisms combine versatility with ergonomics at the forefront.
Celio brings enduring design sensibility to the collection, guided by a simple principle: the right material, in the right place, for the right reason. Its understated elegance and configurable construction give specifiers flexibility in finishes and ergonomic support. Available with Vibe or Lynx, Celio delivers the same mechanism options, support and tested performance found throughout the collection.
All three families offer two Italian-engineered mechanisms:
Vibe – intuitive, weight-sensing support. Vibe responds automatically to the user’s weight, making everyday comfort easier to achieve with less manual adjustment. Its intuitive operation is practical for shared workspaces.
Lynx – full-synchro movement with seat depth adjustment. Lynx combines synchronized seat-and-back movement with 60 mm of seat-depth travel, allowing users to fine-tune their position for a more personalized fit throughout the workday.
Flora, Velia, and Celio offer mesh or upholstered backs, adjustable lumbar support, optional headrests, and armless, 1D, or 4D arm configurations. Nylon or aluminum bases and Class IV pneumatic height adjustment complete the range.
Upholstery options include Duvaltex Open House fabric made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester in more than 40 colorways. Customer’s own material options add flexibility for project palettes.
All three families are BIFMA X5.1 certified and rigorously tested to support up to 300 lb. The collection includes a 10-year warranty on frames and mechanisms and a five-year warranty on fabric and mesh.
