The Independent Suppliers Group (ISG) Board of Directors has approved a $3.3 million 2022 patronage gain distribution to its shareholders of record. This payout is in addition to the $30.4 million in 2022 rebates already paid to its members. The patronage dividend and rebate distributions are two solid examples of the benefits ISG continues to deliver to its members.

“The Board is proud of another strong financial performance in 2022 for ISG, allowing us to distribute an impressive patronage dividend to our shareholders to assist with their growth and profitability,” said Yancey Jones Jr., ISG Board of Directors Chairman. “With interest rates continuing to rise and fears of a recession, this is another solid example of membership value for all our members, all of whom we hope to see in New Orleans this October for Industry Week ’23.”
