Hightower is embracing a new chapter with a focus on human-centric and sustainable business practices. Through key leadership appointments and organizational advancements, the company aims to create a more empathetic and innovative work environment while maintaining its dedication to customer success.
“Hightower has blossomed over the past 20 years from a family-owned business into a flourishing U.S.-based company, now featuring an in-house design team, Hightower Studio, in addition to our extensive global collaborations,” said Natalie Hartkopf, CEO of Hightower. “As we continue to expand, our primary goal is to invest in our diverse workforce and create a positive impact on both our employees and the environment. These promotions and new hires represent our commitment to progress, and our desire to better serve our customers while nurturing a healthy and supportive workplace culture.”
The notable organizational advancements emphasize Hightower’s commitment to providing exceptional client services and meeting customer needs. The changes in personnel appointments aim to streamline the supply chain, improve team cohesion, and strengthen support for existing teams and customers.
Hightower is pleased to welcome Jenna Geigerman to the Hightower Leadership team as our new Chief Operating Officer reporting directly to our Co-Founder & CEO, Natalie Hartkopf. Under the current leadership, Hightower has been successfully fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment by implementing progressive policies such as paid volunteer time, parental leave, and robust PTO with an additional paid company-wide closure during the last week of the year to rejuvenate and reset.
With the recent promotions, Natalie Hartkopf can now focus more on enhancing Hightower’s product sustainability, spearheading the company’s community engagement, and shaping its future direction. As Co-Founder & CEO, Natalie leads Hightower’s commitment to quality, materiality, and the pursuit of B Corp certification, highlighting the company’s dedication to social and environmental responsibility.
