Gressco, LTD, a Commercial Childrens Furniture company, is
pleased to announce Eric Scharpf as its new President, effective March 27th, 2023.

With a track record of success and extensive experience within the Commercial interiors landscape,
Eric Scharpf brings a wealth of leadership and strategic expertise to Gressco, LTD. As the new President,
Eric will lead the company’s growth initiatives and drive innovation, further solidifying Gressco’s position
as a market leader.

Eric Scharpf joins Gressco after 12 years of experience with a company called Automation Arts. Some of
his notable achievements with Automation Arts include leading initiatives through sales, marketing and
business development which helped grow sales by 1,900% over his 12 years of contribution. Throughout
his tenure with Automation Arts, Eric also worked in conjunction with the management team to make
structural growth decisions and implement the processes and procedures necessary to grow from four
team members to the over 70 currently employed at Automation Arts today. Upon departure, Eric was
presented with Automation Arts’ first ever “Legacy Award” recognizing him for his distinguished
contributions and success over the years.

In accepting the role, Eric expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity to lead Gressco, LTD into its next
phase of growth. He stated, “Gressco has been a fixture in the commercial furniture world for the las t
36 years, and I could not be more excited for the opportunity to take over a company with such a strong
foundation. The future of Gressco is bright and there is so much potential for Gressco to grow its market
share within the children’s furniture sector and beyond. Through a combination of implementing new
growth initiatives from a sales and marketing standpoint, as well as a renewed vitality that I will bring to
the Gressco’s team, it is my goal to develop Gressco’s brands into industry leaders.”

Bob Childers, who held the position of President since 1993, retired on March 27th, 2023. Gressco
would like to express its gratitude to Bob for his significant contributions and leadership during his
tenure.

As Gressco enters this new chapter under the leadership of Eric Scharpf, it remains committed to
providing beautiful, high quality, and safe children’s furniture to early childhood centers, schools,
libraries, hospitals, WIC center, and other commercial spaces looking to foster creative and safe
collaboration for children.
