Lebanon, Ohio — December 2025 — Ghent, a leading innovator in visual communication solutions, has been officially awarded a national purchasing contract with The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), one of the country’s most trusted cooperative purchasing organizations.
The TIPS Contract (#250802) for Academic and Educational Goods & Services gives public education institutions, higher education entities, and local government agencies nationwide direct access to Ghent’s full portfolio of visual communication products—which includes whiteboards, glassboards, bulletin boards, enclosed boards, space division, and display solutions—through a competitively solicited and awarded purchasing process. The contract, effective through October 31, 2028, ensures members can purchase directly from Ghent while remaining fully compliant with state and federal procurement regulations.
“Being awarded a TIPS contract is a significant milestone for Ghent,” said Susan Claus, Director of Marketing. “Our inclusion in this cooperative means that decision-makers in education and government can confidently source our products knowing they meet rigorous standards for pricing, quality, and compliance. We’re proud to make it even easier for schools, universities, and public organizations to create spaces where people can connect, collaborate, and learn.”
The awarded TIPS contract further extends Ghent’s decades-long history of serving educational and institutional markets with products that promote communication, collaboration, and creativity. From K–12 classrooms and university lecture halls to municipal offices and community spaces, Ghent solutions are engineered to support engagement and productivity in environments where ideas are shared and learning happens every day.
“Joining the TIPS cooperative strengthens our connection to the organizations we’ve proudly served for decades,” Claus added. “We understand the challenges schools and public agencies face when balancing budget efficiency with quality and performance. This contract helps us provide those organizations with greater value, flexibility, and access to products designed to make their daily work easier and more effective.”
Through this contract, TIPS members can now purchase directly from Ghent under the Academic and Educational Goods & Services category, with the assurance of pre-negotiated, competitive pricing and nationwide contract compliance. Details of Ghent’s awarded contract can be found on the TIPS vendor profile and in the official Ghent TIPS Contract Summary.
