Itasca, IL — Fellowes Architectural Solutions announces a significant expansion to its materials library with new materials and finishes that give architects and designers greater creative flexibility across the Titan and Volo architectural wall systems.
PREMIUM PAINT: NEW DARK TONES FOR TITAN AND VOLO
Building on the enduring appeal of black, Fellowes introduces three new premium paint colors for both the Titan and Volo systems: Bordeaux, Midnight, and Dark Bronze. These complex dark tones introduce a subtle hint of color that enhances dimensionality, tonal depth, and material complexity.
Inspired by shifting design trends toward nature-driven jewel tones and time-worn metallics, the new finishes balance depth, warmth, and subtle tonal variation. Midnight is a deep navy with subtle metallic highlights. Dark Bronze is a near-black with warm metallic undertones. Bordeaux is a rich, jewel-toned burgundy. Together, they create cohesive palettes ideal for layered, two-tone applications.
The expanded palette gives architects and designers greater versatility to move between deep, immersive darks, balanced neutrals, and subtle metallic accents, with the flexibility to easily update trim finishes over time as preferences evolve.
WOODFX: WOOD-LOOK TRIMS FOR THE TITAN SYSTEM
Also available now, WoodFX, new wood-look finishes for Titan’s unique, adaptable trim system. Designed to bring the warmth and familiarity of wood tones into commercial interiors, WoodFX responds to the growing demand for more welcoming, natural-feeling spaces.
WoodFX trims integrate seamlessly with Titan’s modular trim system, offering the visual depth of real wood while maintaining the durability, consistency, and ease of maintenance required in high-performance commercial environments. Titan’s accent trim makes it straightforward to introduce a fresh look into an existing space at minimal cost, and WoodFX trims can be updated or refreshed over time without replacing the full wall assembly.
Fellowes WoodFX is now available for Titan, with a minimum order quantity of 2 rooms.
Wallcovering Partnership with Maharam
Finally, Fellowes is proud to announce a new alliance partnership with Maharam, the leading textile brand by MillerKnoll. The collaboration brings Type II wallcoverings to the Fellowes material offering for the first time, expanding design possibilities for higher-traffic commercial environments.
The collection features five new patterns and 91 total colorways, spanning deep woven and organic textures, metallic prints, and subtle graphic patterns. As Type II wallcoverings, they are engineered for medium-duty commercial applications, offering greater durability, impact resistance, and scrub resistance than Type I wallcoverings.
Target applications include family lounges and waiting areas in healthcare facilities, hospitality spaces, and educational environments such as classrooms, teachers’ lounges, and libraries. The Maharam wallcoverings are available in Grades 2 and 3 on Volo Monolithic and Volo Framed systems.
