ESI Announces Changes on Corporate Team
ESI announced today that Mark Rhoades, President, will be leaving ESI on December 1, 2018. According to John Fellowes, CEO of Fellowes, Inc., “Over the past two and a half years, Mark has provided tremendous leadership in his role as President of ESI, initiating its next chapter of growth and prosperity. During his time at ESI, Mark comprehensively implemented new and effective management approaches, facilitated an acquisition to Fellowes Brands and successfully materialized a business structure for ESI to flourish within its new ownership structure. ESI is experiencing record growth and results. We will miss Mark’s daily leadership, however, I would like to express sincere gratitude for the incredible impact that Mark has made to ESI.”
Rhoades will join the ESI Board of Advisors along with Carol Keogh, John Keogh, Rob Day, and John Fellowes. He will also take on an ongoing consulting role with ESI.
Rob Day will be promoted to General Manager of ESI on November 19, 2018. Last year, Rob relocated from Atlanta to join the ESI leadership team in Mesa, Arizona to continue in his role as Executive Vice President, Sales. “Rob has excelled in his current role and is well-suited for this greater management responsibility. In his new role, he will lead the entire team in Mesa, Arizona. He will report directly to myself”, stated John Fellowes.
ESI will backfill Rob Day’s current EVP, Sales position, and the assessment of candidates will be open to outside prospects. Rob Day, Mark Rhoades, Carol Keogh and John Keogh are spearheading the recruiting process, which has already been set in motion.
John Fellowes shared, “I would like to sincerely thank Mark Rhoades for his incredible contributions to ESI and Fellowes. I would also like to wholeheartedly congratulate Rob Day on his well-earned promotion to General Manager.”
