ARCADIA & ENCORE ANNOUNCE PROMOTIONS WITHIN THEIR CLIENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT
Arcadia and Encore are pleased to announce the promotion of several team members within the Client Services department
following the recent retirement of their long-time Client Services Director.
Ana Ortiz, a 14-year veteran of the company, has been appointed as the new Director of Client Services and Order Processing.
Beginning her career in the engineering department after receiving an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design, she subsequently
held roles in both Order Processing and Client Services, and was most recently promoted to Arcadia Project Manager. This
well-rounded scope of both product knowledge and client services expertise positions her strongly to lead both departments and successfully facilitate the company’s strategic goals while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Jonathan Truesdale will take over Ana’s previous role as Project Manager for the Arcadia brand, transitioning from his prior position as Client Services Manager. In this new role, he will draw upon his 10+ years of experience with the company to oversee all large projects and bids while working closely with Arcadia sales representatives to develop and maintain key partnerships with dealers and provide dedicated, personalized service.
The Client Services Manager position will be fi lled by Gabriel Muniz, a 5-year member of the Client Services team. With over
25-years of cumulative experience in the commercial furnishings industry, Gabe comes well-equipped to manage the day-to-day operations of the department and guide the development of strategies and programs to satisfy evolving client needs.
“These recent promotions are well-deserved, with Ana, Jonathan and Gabe all being integral to the ongoing growth and success of our Client Services team,” says Casey Journigan, Arcadia/Encore President. “We’re excited to see them succeed in their new roles, and for the company to continue to benefi t from the unique skills and perspectives each of them brings to the table.”
