Arcadia and Encore Announce Key Personnel Changes to Support Continued Growth

Arcadia and Encore are pleased to announce a series of strategic promotions and a new addition to the management team, reflecting the company’s ongoing growth and continued investment in its people. These changes further strengthen engineering, product development, and operational capabilities across both brands, positioning them for continued success well into the future.

Brady Journigan has been promoted to Director of Quality and Design. A 16-year veteran of the company, Brady has spent the past several years as Product Design and Quality Manager, playing a key role in evaluating new product concepts and guiding them from selection through launch. In his expanded role, he will lead efforts to shape product strategy by assessing market needs, portfolio gaps and emerging opportunities to determine which directions will best sustain momentum and propel the brands forward. In parallel, Brady continues to lead quality control, where he upholds design integrity and product consistency across the portfolio. This includes defining quality standards, providing training and support to internal teams, and ensuring those standards are met throughout the product lifecycle. He is the third generation of the Journigan family to work at the company, originally founded by his father and grandfather. His father, Casey Journigan, currently serves as President and co-owner.
