AIS Expanding and Revitalizing its New York Showroom
Plans to Provide Dealers and Designers Engaging New Product Solutions and Enhanced Brand Experiences
LEOMINSTER, MA – AIS announces today its plans for moving and expanding its New York City showroom at 257 Park Avenue South office tower where the company will occupy the entire fourth floor totaling over 12,600 square feet. The expansion will provide an opportunity for dealers and designers to interact with relevant and unique product solutions, provide engagement with the regional design-centric sales team, and experience the continually evolving AIS Brand.
“We are excited to share our ongoing growth and extensive product breadth in a stunning new space created for the New York dealer and design community. AIS continues to flourish with beautiful, distinctive product solutions and extraordinary service and we look forward to hosting guests in our showroom,” said Ben Maxwell, senior vice president of sales for the eastern region.
He continues, “We look forward having a new vitality in our showroom, hosting events, and showcasing our expanding capabilities to this important and influential market. Our Park Avenue South location has been a wonderful place to host dealers, designers, and customers over the years, so when it came time to enlarge our presence, we knew we wanted to work with our leasing agent, Feil, to make it happen here.”
It has been a pleasure to support the growth of AIS at 257 Park Avenue South,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial office leasing at the Feil Organization. “This expansion continues the trend of Feil’s ability to accommodate innovative company needs within our portfolio. We are looking forward to seeing AIS’ new beautiful showroom.”
As a leader in the commercial office industry, AIS’ New York showroom expansion is another example of the company’s continued strength and agility as it continues to introduce new products and elevate its onsite experiences. Last year, it proudly relocated its Chicago showroom moving it to the highly visible third floor of the Merchandise Mart and in 2022 the company relocated and expanded its Washington, DC showroom to an award-winning location.
“Our internal project team is excited to bring this important project to fruition and delight our local dealers and designers with fresh ideas, beautiful vignettes, and an inspiring space,” said Justin Brzostowski, vice president of sales for the Northeast.
The showroom is scheduled to open in the summer of 2025.
