ARCADIA + ENCORE ANNOUNCE KEY PROMOTIONS WITHIN CLIENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT

Arcadia and Encore are pleased to announce two key promotions within their Client Services department, recognizing the exceptional contributions of team members who represent the company’s culture of collaboration, reliability, and care.

 

Maria Muñiz Appointed Client Services Manager

After spending 9 successful years as a Client Services Specialist with the organization, Maria Muñiz has been promoted to Client Services Manager. Throughout her tenure, Maria has consistently demonstrated professionalism, initiative, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Her solutions-driven mindset and in-depth understanding of internal procedures have made her a valuable partner to both internal teams and outside representatives.

Prior to joining Arcadia, Maria spent more than 15 years at Sitmatic, where she gained extensive experience in customer service, order processing, and project management. This range of industry knowledge has shaped her thoughtful approach to problemsolving and strengthened her ability to support customers and sales partners effectively.

In her new role, Maria will oversee the Client Services team while continuing to provide hands-on assistance to her existing sales rep territories. Her impeccable organizational skills and ability to manage complex workflows will ensure continued alignment with the high standards of customer care she’s long exemplified.

Rosio Garcia
Rosio Garcia Promoted to Project Manager

Also promoted within the department is Rosio Garcia, stepping into the role of Project Manager. Since joining Arcadia in 2017, Rosio has become an integral member of the Client Services team, progressing from Client Services Support to Client Services Specialist, where she has excelled for the past seven years.

With a background in interior design and early experience at HBF Textiles and Magni Design, Rosio brings both technical understanding and creative problem-solving to her work. Her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to accuracy have earned the trust of her assigned sales representatives and customers alike.

In her new position, Rosio will oversee large standardization projects in territories primarily located in the western half of the United States, as well as select regions in the Midwest. Her technical expertise and keen understanding of customer needs will be instrumental in supporting the company’s ongoing initiatives and client partnerships.
