Over the past two years, Watson has expanded into new regions, including significant growth across the Southeast. To support both emerging and established markets, the company recognized the need to deepen its sales leadership team—a need Donna is uniquely qualified to meet.

Donna brings a diverse, people-focused perspective to the role, honed through her experience with both large and small manufacturers, the A&D community, and contract furniture dealerships. She has driven successful growth initiatives across the healthcare, education, government, and commercial sectors, with particular expertise in building and sustaining strategic partnerships.
Most recently, Donna served as Regional Sales Manager for the eastern United States at Calyx by Claridge. Prior to that, she held a leadership role with nora by Interface, where she led healthcare market expansion across the western U.S. and Canada.
