BOWLING GREEN, Ohio, October 10, 2024 – BioFit Engineered Products, an Ohio-based manufacturer and long-standing leader in the development of ergonomic seating solutions for global markets, announced that Terry Miller joined the company as its new quality manager earlier this month. In this role, Miller will be responsible for ensuring BioFit product integrity by leveraging his expertise and best practices in lean manufacturing and operational efficiency, process oversight and team leadership.

Terry Miller comes to BioFit from Phoenix Technologies of Bowling Green, bringing over 30 years of manufacturing experience ‒ the past 27 focused on quality. Early in his tenure at Phoenix, he was named quality coordinator, and was elevated over time to the position of quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) manager, overseeing the quality department in three separate facilities. Significantly, he successfully implemented International Organization for Standardization (ISO) protocol for his former employer in the ‘90s, and successfully led recertification efforts through subsequent ISO versions. Terry is an expert in lean manufacturing ‒ specifically, 5S methodology ‒ and an advocate of standardized work processes.
