AIS’ National Sales Meeting Wraps Up Successful Year, Promotes Two Sales Team Members
Justin Brzostowski promoted to Director of Sales for New York and New Jersey, Anthony Heim Elevated to Senior Territory Manager for the Carolinas and Tennessee
At AIS’ national sales meeting, held annually in the company’s hometown of Leominster, the sales team – including representatives from across the country, various AIS teams that support sales, and invited guests gathered to celebrate a record-breaking year for growth. The event, taking place over two days on January 19 and 20, included a day-long meeting with presentations from teams across the company to celebrate successful product launches, recognize sales achievers, and provide a glimpse of what’s in store for 2023.
AIS’ two senior vice presidents of sales, Ben Maxwell who leads the eastern United States, and Doug Bowen who leads the western part of the country, announced two promotions for sales team members, Justin Brzostowski and Anthony Heim.

Justin Brzostowski
Mr. Brzostowski, a five-year veteran of AIS, was named director of sales for the New York and New Jersey markets to oversee sales and accelerate the company’s regional growth strategy for the area.
A seasoned product specialist, he is passionate about creating efficient and thought-provoking workspaces for all industries. With more than a decade of sales experience, Mr. Brzostowski works with sales representatives and partner dealerships to help build their brands and create connections with end users. He assists furniture dealerships by supporting prospecting, developing relationships, providing product training, recommending product solutions, and providing superior customer service. Mr. Brzostowski holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from William Paterson University, New Jersey
Anthony Heim
Mr. Heim was promoted to the position of senior territory manager for North and South Carolina and Tennessee overseeing that region’s sales strategy. He has 13 years of experience in the contract furniture industry with nearly five years of it at AIS selling, designing, and installing commercial interiors, often going the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service.
In this role, Mr. Heim will develop and nurture the dealer distribution network in North and South Carolina and Tennessee creating sales goals and business plans with dealerships. He also provides product training for sales and design teams, shares industry trends, designs and specifies furniture projects for dealers with unique and customized solutions. As an experienced leader, he is a key contributor to company-led initiatives including AIS’ tour experience at headquarters and an initiative to feature dealer designers. Mr. Heim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the State University of New York in New Paltz. He holds a certificate in office ergonomics from OSHA and has attended numerous Dale Carnegie training sessions.
