Andreu World wins five awards for the best product design in Chicago
The new collections of chairs and tables have received four “Best of NeoCon” awards.
The American magazine Interior Design has awarded a “HiPAward” to the best sofa for workspaces.
Andreu World – an international design furniture brand – has won four awards for the best product design at the NeoCon trade show
in Chicago, the benchmark professional event in the office furniture sector in the United States.
The Flex Armchair, the Dado sofa, the Reverse occasional table, and the Duos stool are the four designs awarded with the Best of
NeoCon award, the maximum distinction of this event, which highlights quality and innovation in product design for spaces of work.
The collections designed by Jasper Morrison, Alfredo Haberli and Piergiorgio Cazzaniga for Andreu World have been chosen
among the 374 participating products this year’s awards.
The Duos bar stool series and the Reverse Occasional tables have both received the “Gold Award” in the category of bar stools
and occasional tables. The Flex collection and Dado Sofa series have received a “Silver Award”. The Flex Armchair collection has
a thermopolymer seat that combines ergonomics and innovation and was awarded in the category of “best conference seat”. The
Dado series of modular sofas was awarded in the category of “corporate lounge sofas”.
Additionally, the Dado sofa series has received a “HiP Award” awarded by the American magazine Interior Design, as the best sofa
for workspaces.
In its 50th edition, NeoCon has gathered more than 50,000 design professionals along with 500 exhibitors, gathered in almost
100,000 square meters of exhibition space inside the Merchandise Mart, where the permanent Andreu World showroom is located.
